Young computer programmers from Vanadzor, Armenia, have developed a program to remember foreign words.
Cofounder of Evoca Company, Garegin Tarhanyan, told Armenian News-NEWS.am that several collection of words have been created so far for this program, and they are intended for IELTS (International English Language Testing System), TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), and travel vocabulary.
“We created the program with four options: Hindi, Arabic, Russian, and Chinese,” Tarhanyan added during the 11th annual DigiTec technological exhibition of Armenia, and which is held in capital city Yerevan. “By the end of the year, we want to add twelve more vocabulary collections to the program.”
The program is expected to go on sale in approximately one month.
“The program enables to learn the word in a variety of methods,” added Garegin Tarhanyan.
The Evoca program will be accessible for Android and Windows.
The startup was supported by Vanadzor Technology Center (VTC), an IT industry development project by the Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF).
